I’m excited to announce that I will be co-hosting a webinar on SBA financing with Nick Pavlik from Huntington Bank, the largest SBA lender in the country by deal volume.

The webinar will cover the following topics:

• The lending process, soup to nuts

• How SBA lenders evaluate and underwrite deals

• Key changes to SBA policy in 2023 that will benefit buyers

• The most frequent questions Nick gets from other searchers, including how to structure seller notes, personal collateral requirements, benefits of buying real estate with the business, working capital requirements, and more.

• We will also leave some time for Q&A
